To Place An Order

For Telephone Orders, call (877) 384-0337 (toll-free), or for Postal Orders (mail to: Summers Sprouted Flour Co., P.O. Box 337, Torreon, NM 87061). Please include the following information: 1 - Your Name, a Company Name and/or a Contact Person, 2 - Mailing Address (& Shipping Address, if different), 3 - City, State, & Zip along with any Phone #'s and E-mail addresses and 4 - List the Products & Quantities desired.

Or use the online order form below. Be sure to hit the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the order form. After you hit the Submit Button, you will immediately have a "Thank You for Your Order" page come up and within 48 hours, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail that will require a response from you and will contain credit card payment information.

Purchasing Policies

We offer wholesale accounts to all retail outlets and to individuals who do not have a retail outlet within 30 miles of their location. (To check for local retail outlets, click on the following link, http://www.creatingheaven.net/eeproducts/eesfc/news/index.html. Go to "Store Location" in the upper left-hand corner. Navigate to your state for all retail listings. )

Payment Policies

        ALL first-time accounts need to be pre-paid either by credit card or by check. A 5% fee will be added to all credit card orders as an account handling fee.
        Retail Store Accounts are carried as net 15-day accounts. Ask us about the special help for stores like custom signs, online listings, and sales calls.
        Individual Accounts are carried as "Payable on Delivery" accounts. Invoices are enclosed with your order and we ask that you immediately send us a check.
        Online Credit Card Payments are now accepted. We ONLY accept credit card payments through PayPal. They accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Check the box on the order form below indicating your desire to pay by credit card. We will e-mail you a PayPal link with your order confirmation.

Shipping Costs are outrageous and flour is heavy! Small weight orders can make the flour prices rise to $4.00 per pound! Order over 20 lbs. and the price starts getting reasonable, adding 50 cents to a $1.00 per pound to your flour cost. Price breaks happen at higher weights, making 40-64# orders the most cost effective.

The Post Office is now offering a 'Flat-Rate Priority Mail' service that allows us to ship orders of up to 6-2# bags or 1-10# bag plus or minus 1-2# bag for $8.95!!! For many of our home-bakers, who regularly buy 10# of sprouted flour, this can mean a shipping savings of $3-10!!! Be sure to indicate in the form below if you are interested in receiving packages through the mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The Post Office now will ship a flat-rate priority box (with 12# of flour) to almost ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD for $21.85. Shipping time is 6-10 days.

Orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS requests either a phone number or e-mail address to contact you if they have trouble delivering your order. We won't share your e-mail address unless you okay it.

We ship out UPS orders Monday through Thursday and Post Office orders out every weekday. Orders usually go out within a day or two of receiving them.

Our "Order Shipped" e-mail reply to your order will give you a time frame when you can expect your package.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (Flat-Rate if the order fits that criteria).

All prices are subject to change due to grain costs and freight prices.
